Returns & refunds policy

Food & consumable products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all matcha products are non-returnable once opened.

Returns (unopened items)
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is in its original, sealed packaging

  • The item is in resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund where appropriate.
